END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and MediaQuoter.com (“MediaQuoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of the MediaQuoter pricing calculator (“Software”, “Service”).
By accessing or using MediaQuoter, you agree to this EULA.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
You may:
Use the calculator for your own pricing work
Reference results when speaking with clients
Use outputs to generate your own estimates
You may not:
Copy or reproduce the calculator
Extract underlying formulas or logic
Modify, distribute, or sell the Software
Use the Software to build a competing product
Reverse-engineer or decompile the code
2. Ownership
MediaQuoter retains all rights, title, and interest in:
The calculator’s formulas
App logic
Code, UI, design, and branding
Documentation and content
All intellectual property associated with the Software
This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use MediaQuoter in violation of any laws
Share access credentials (if accounts exist)
Attempt to derive the source code or formulas
Introduce malware or interfere with site functionality
Use automated bots or scraping tools
Use the Software for unauthorized commercial exploitation
Violation may lead to termination of access and legal action.
4. Updates and Modifications
MediaQuoter may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time without notice. This includes calculator logic, multipliers, UX, or features.
5. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you:
Violate any terms of this EULA
Attempt unauthorized reuse of the Software
Abuse, harm, or degrade the system
Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software immediately.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties of:
Accuracy
Fitness for a particular purpose
Availability
Market correctness
Error-free operation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaQuoter is not liable for damages, including:
Loss of income
Lost contracts
Pricing disputes
Data loss
Business interruption
Any harm from reliance on calculator results
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and all disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
