Welcome to MediaQuoter.com (“MediaQuoter”, “the Site”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MediaQuoter.com, including all tools, calculators, features, content, and related materials (collectively, “the Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of MediaQuoter

MediaQuoter provides a commercial photography pricing calculator intended for educational and informational purposes only. The calculator offers general guidance based on industry-typical rate structures, but:

  • It does not guarantee accuracy or suitability for your specific project.

Your use of MediaQuoter does not create a client, consultant, or professional relationship between you and MediaQuoter or its owner(s). All outputs are non-binding suggestions.

3. User Responsibility

By using this calculator, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the output.

  • Prices, multipliers, usage fees, formulas, and suggestions may not reflect your local market, business model, tax obligations, or legal environment.

  • MediaQuoter is not responsible for client disputes, undercharging, overcharging, or contract disagreements resulting from calculator usage.

You are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals (lawyers, accountants, consultants) when making business decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

MediaQuoter makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, but:

  • We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of formulas, multipliers, fee structures, or results.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
